Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
disney's saratoga springs resort and spa in lake buena vista (fla.) Is a taste of new york's country retreats of the 1800s, just across the lake from downtown disney. Guests are one mile from epcot, two miles from disney's typhoon lagoon water park and within five miles of disney mgm studios and magic kingdom.
much of the resorts dècor is drawn from new york's horse racing heritage; and guests check in at the carriage house, charmed by the lobby's whimsical carousel horse centerpiece and the building's colorful victorian architecture.
the resort provides transportation to all disney parks, but also offers guests a variety of activities. High rock spring, a zero entry, grotto style pool with waterfalls and two spa tubs is a popular oasis, as is the full service spa that offers massage, facials, and other body treatments. Tennis, basketball, bike riding, shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, video and board games, bicycle rentals and daily scheduled arts and crafts and disney movies are all available at saratoga springs.
the resort also features a jogging path and is adjacent to disney's lake buena vista golf course, one of disney's five tour caliber golf courses. Guests can dine at the artist's palette, a casual, self serve restaurant with an open kitchen offering freshly made casual meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
saratoga springs' guestrooms are studios and one and two bedroom villas are decorated in rich shades of green and gold, with victorian style accents. Guestrooms offer patios or balconies and have kitchenettes or full kitchens. Each guestroom includes internet access, refrigerators, microwave ovens and cable televisions.

guests of the resort are eligible for complimentary disney's magical express service. Motor coaches take guests from orlando international airport to the resort hotel. What Makes this Hotel Green?
The Florida Green Lodging Program encourages the lodging industry to conserve and protect natural resources. The program currently has over 30 certified properties, with over 100 applicants. Participants must complete an application and commit to environmental improvement. Once eco friendly initiatives are in place, applicants must undergo an on-site audit. Certified hotels must show ongoing progress from year to year to stay in the program.
